This is where the Republic Day Parade ends every year.

#2. Rashtrapati Bhavan – The residence of the President of India lies opposite the Rajpath. It cannot be counted as a tourist attraction as restrictions are placed to this grand architectural place. The place has a huge presidential garden (a Mughal garden), residences for the staff and bodyguards, stables, offices, large open spaces and other utilities. This grand structure offers the largest residence that any head of state has, all over the world.

#4. Jantar Mantar – Jantar Mantar had been built as an astronomical observatory by Maharaja Jai Singh of Jaipur in 1724. Though the instruments at the monument are fascinating and striking for their ingenuity, the tall buildings around do not let them be used accurately. However, a visit to this place could be a way to marvel at Indian astronomy. Some of the principal instruments here include the Ram Yantra, the Jai Prakash, the MisraYantra and the Samrat Yantra.
